1.1 You Are Your Own Boss: BookYourSnap Partner is a technology platform that connects you with clients. You are a free, independent creative professional. You determine your pricing packages, which gigs to accept, and how you manage your business.
1.2 Flexible Schedule: There is no minimum active hours requirement. Toggle your status online when available and offline when you are not.
1.3 Work Anywhere: BookYourSnap Partner does not restrict you from working with clients through other platforms, agencies, or direct word-of-mouth.
1.4 Deactivate Anytime: You may close or delete your account at any time with no lock-in obligations.
2. Professional Conduct & Communication
2.1 Respectful Engagement: Treat clients and fellow creators with courtesy and professionalism. Positive client experiences generate verified reviews and higher placement.
2.2 In-App Communication: For bookings sourced through BookYourSnap, communicate via the in-app chat. This provides a verifiable record that protects both you and the client in case of disputes.
3. Dynamic Calendar & Availability
3.1 Calendar Accuracy: When you accept a booking, that slot automatically locks to prevent double-booking. Please ensure your calendar reflects your real availability.
3.2 Instant Mode Requests: Instant Mode notifications allow a 2-minute window to accept. If unaccepted, the request automatically reroutes to the next nearby pro.
4. Deliverables & Timelines
4.1 Scope Commitment: Deliver the agreed number of edited photos, cinematic videos, or albums specified in your package.
4.2 Transparent Timelines: Fulfill deliveries within the timeline agreed with the client. If an unexpected delay occurs, notify the client promptly via chat.
5. Escrow Payments, Earnings & Platform Fee
5.1 Escrow Protection: Client payments are held securely in escrow upon booking. Once you complete the shoot and deliverables, mark the booking as "Complete" to release the funds to your Total Earned balance.
5.2 Bank / UPI Payouts: Withdraw your earnings directly to your registered bank account or UPI ID. Transfers process within 24 to 48 hours.
5.3 Platform Fee: BookYourSnap Partner charges a transparent 5% to 10% platform facilitation fee on completed bookings. There are no monthly subscription fees or lead-buying costs.
5.4 Anti-Circumvention (No Cash Off-Platform): All payments for platform-sourced bookings must be processed securely via BookYourSnap. Accepting off-platform cash voids escrow protection and is grounds for account suspension.
6. 100% Intellectual Property & Copyright Retention
6.1 Promotional Display License: You grant BookYourSnap a limited, non-exclusive license to display portfolio images on the platform solely for marketing your creative services to clients.
6.2 Client Consent: Before publishing client shoot photos on public social media, ensure you have mutual consent from the client.
7. KYC Verification & One Account Rule
7.1 Verification: To ensure platform safety, all creators must complete KYC verification with valid government-issued Aadhaar and PAN cards, and a liveness selfie.
7.2 Single Identity: Each creator may hold one verified partner account linked to their government identity.
8. Cancellation Policy & Emergency Waiver
8.1 Partner Cancellations: Canceling a confirmed booking incurs charges (₹50 for 7+ days notice; ₹50–₹100 within 7 days; ₹150 for same-day) to protect clients from abandonment.
8.2 Emergency Exceptions: Charges are 100% waived for medical emergencies, accidents, or force majeure events upon submitting proof via the in-app appeal system.
8.3 Client No-Show: Photographers wait 15 minutes at the venue. If the client is unreachable, the booking can be marked as "Client No-Show" with compensation eligibility.
