BookYourSnap Partner ("we", "us", or "our") values the trust of visual artists, photographers, cinematographers, and visual studios across India. This Creator Privacy Policy outlines how your personal data, KYC documents, and financial information are collected, handled, and secured.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the essential information necessary to verify your identity, showcase your talent to clients, and disburse payouts:
- Identity & KYC Data: Name, phone number, email address, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and verification selfie.
- Profile & Portfolio Data: Portfolio photos, videos, gear listings, specialization tags, pricing packages, and geographic location.
- Financial & Payout Data: Bank account number, IFSC code, account holder name, or UPI VPA.
- Location Data: Real-time GPS location (only when Instant Mode is toggled ON) to connect you with nearby clients.
3. Document Security & Encryption
Your government ID numbers and bank credentials are never displayed publicly on your client-facing profile or shared with clients.
4. Zero Data Selling Commitment
We do NOT sell, rent, or lease creator personal information, contact lists, or KYC documents to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. Period.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. When you initiate account deletion from the app settings or via our Account Deletion Portal, your profile and portfolio are immediately taken offline, and your data is purged in accordance with Indian regulatory retention mandates.
